The World of Hyatt Business Credit Card is Hyatt’s business credit card designed for business owners who want to earn Hyatt points and accelerate progress toward elite status.
Unlike the personal World of Hyatt Credit Card, the Business version focuses on Hyatt Credits, Elite Night Credits from spending, and benefits for high business spenders.

Up to US$100 in Hyatt Credits
During each cardmember anniversary year, you can earn:
US$50 Statement Credit × 2 = Up to US$100
Each credit is triggered after spending at least US$50 at Hyatt properties.
For business owners who stay at Hyatt regularly, this is one of the easiest recurring benefits to use.
Earn 5 Elite Nights per US$10K Spent
The most important feature of the Business card is its ability to generate Elite Night Credits through spending:
US$10,000 Spend → 5 Elite Night Credits
For example:
| Annual Spending | Elite Night Credits |
|---|---|
| US$10K | 5 nights |
| US$20K | 10 nights |
| US$40K | 20 nights |
| US$60K | 30 nights |
For business owners with significant card spending, this can substantially reduce the number of actual Hyatt nights needed to reach Explorist or Globalist.
Spend US$50K: Get 10% Points Back
After spending US$50,000 in a calendar year, eligible World of Hyatt point redemptions for the remainder of that year receive:
10% Points Back
The benefit applies to up to 200,000 redeemed points, meaning you can receive back up to:
20,000 World of Hyatt Points
This benefit is most useful for high-spending cardholders who also redeem a significant number of Hyatt points.
Bottom Line
The World of Hyatt Business Credit Card has a very different role from the personal Hyatt card.
Its three core benefits are:
US$100 Hyatt Credit + 5 Elite Nights per US$10K Spend + 10% Points Back after US$50K Spend
For most casual Hyatt travelers, I prefer the personal World of Hyatt Credit Card.
But for business owners with substantial spending—especially those pursuing World of Hyatt Globalist—the Business version can be a valuable elite-status tool.

Application Rules & Restrictions
When applying for Chase credit cards, keep these key rules in mind:
– 5/24 Rule: If you have opened 5 or more credit card accounts that appear on your personal credit report within the past 24 months, it will generally affect your ability to get approved for a new Chase Card. Most Business Cards that do not report to personal credit reports generally do not add to your 5/24 count.
– Welcome Offer Eligibility: Different Chase Cards have their own Welcome Offer restrictions, and some products also have Card Family Restrictions. Being under 5/24 does not necessarily mean you are eligible for a Welcome Offer.
– Application Timing: Chase does not publish a simple fixed application interval, but submitting multiple Chase applications within a short period may affect approval.
A simple Chase application strategy is:
Check 5/24 → Check Welcome Offer / Family Eligibility → Submit Application
Actual application and Welcome Offer Eligibility requirements are subject to the current terms of each Chase Card.
How Can Foreigners Apply for Chase Credit Cards?
Foreign applicants generally need to establish some U.S. Credit History before applying for Chase credit cards.
If you are new to the U.S. credit card market, one strategy is to first obtain a U.S. Amex through Amex Global Transfer, build your U.S. credit history, and then consider applying for Chase.
Amex Global Transfer → U.S. Amex → Build U.S. Credit History → Chase
Applicants must still meet Chase’s current requirements regarding identification, address, credit history, and other application criteria.s.
