五大飯店集團 Lounge Access 完整攻略｜如何長期最快取得行政酒廊權益
飯店行政酒廊（Executive Lounge / Club Lounge）是高階會員最實用的權益之一。早餐、下午茶、Happy Hour、酒水與獨立休息空間，都可能大幅提高一次住宿的實際價值。
但 Marriott Bonvoy、Hilton Honors、World of Hyatt、IHG One Rewards 與 ALL Accor 的 Lounge Access 取得方式完全不同。
有些集團可以透過信用卡直接取得需要的高階會籍；有些可以利用信用卡消費取得 Elite Nights；IHG 更特殊，Diamond Elite 並不是取得行政酒廊的必要條件，真正值得鎖定的是 40 晚 Milestone Rewards 的 Annual Lounge Membership。
本文因此不比較「哪個最高會籍最好」，而是只回答：
不靠 Status Match、Status Challenge 或短期限時活動，五大飯店集團如何長期最快取得 Lounge Access？
比較前提：不計 Status Match、Status Challenge、Targeted Offer 與限時活動，只比較可以長期重複使用的信用卡、住宿、點數房與付費會員制度。
五大飯店集團 Lounge Access 取得方式

Marriott Bonvoy：台、美、日都有不靠住宿取得 Platinum 的方法
Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite 一般需要：
50 Elite Night Credits
Platinum Elite 以上在符合規則、設有 Lounge 的參與飯店可以取得 Lounge Access，但實際權益仍依品牌與飯店規則而異。Marriott 官方一般 Platinum 門檻為 50 Elite Night Credits。
不過 Marriott 最大的特色是：
台灣、美國、日本三個市場現在都有透過信用卡、不靠 50 晚住宿取得 Platinum Elite 的方法。
🇺🇸 美國：Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant 直接 Platinum
美國是三個市場最直接的。
Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant American Express Card
持卡直接取得：
Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite
而且每年另外提供 25 Elite Night Credits。
因此如果目標只是 Marriott Lounge Access：
持有 Brilliant → Platinum Elite → Lounge Access
實住需求：0 晚

這 25 Elite Night Credits 仍然有價值，因為即使已經直接取得 Platinum，房晚仍可以繼續往 Annual Choice Benefit、Titanium Elite 等門檻累積。
🇹🇼 台灣：中國信託 Marriott 鼎尊無限卡年刷 NT$150 萬
2026 年台灣正式推出中國信託 Marriott Bonvoy 聯名卡後，也出現了不需要實住 50 晚的 Platinum 路線。
一般版：
中國信託 Marriott Bonvoy 鼎尊無限卡
每信用卡年度符合資格消費達：
NT$1,500,000 → Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite
因此也可以：
鼎尊無限卡 → 年刷 NT$150 萬 → Platinum Elite → Lounge Access
實住需求：0 晚
但台灣版和美國 Brilliant 有一個很重要的差異：
一般版鼎尊無限卡目前沒有每年固定提供 Elite Night Credits。
所以它可以透過消費直接取得 Platinum，但不會像 Brilliant 每年自動提供 25 晚作為 Titanium 等更高門檻的起跑線。

首發限量版鼎尊無限卡另外直接提供一年 Platinum Elite，但這屬於限量首發產品，因此本文的「長期路線」仍以一般版 NT$150 萬年度消費為基準。
🇯🇵 日本：Marriott Bonvoy Amex Premium 年刷 ¥5M
日本也有類似玩法。

持卡本身提供 Gold Elite，以及每年：
15 Elite Night Credits
如果年度符合資格消費達到：
¥5,000,000 → Platinum Elite

Hilton Honors：信用卡直接解決 Diamond
Hilton 的 Lounge Access 核心是 Diamond Status。
2026 年 Hilton Honors Diamond 的一般門檻為：
- 50 Nights
- 25 Stays
- US$11,500 Eligible Spend
但如果可以使用信用卡路線，就沒有必要單純為了 Lounge Access 住到 50 晚。

日本：

持卡本身提供 Gold Status，但如果年度符合資格消費達：

因此如果單純以 Lounge Access 為目的：
美國 Aspire 是持卡直接取得；日本 Premium 則可以用消費取代住宿。
World of Hyatt：信用卡消費製造 Elite Nights
World of Hyatt 和 Marriott、Hilton 很不一樣。
Hyatt 沒有一張信用卡可以讓一般持卡人直接取得 Globalist。
Globalist 的主要門檻之一是：
60 Qualifying Nights
Globalist 才是長期完整 Hyatt Lounge Access 最直接的會員等級。
不過，如果目的只是取得幾次 Lounge Access，也不能忽略 Club Access Awards，因此 Hyatt 應拆成兩種策略：

如果本身有大量商業消費，Business 版本更直接：

Business 版本目前就是以每 US$10,000 取得 5 Tier-Qualifying Nights。
所以 Hyatt 的真正玩法不是「硬住 60 晚」，而是：
信用卡消費製造 Elite Nights + 實住補剩餘 Nights → Globalist
IHG One Rewards：不要追 Diamond，40 晚才是關鍵
IHG 是五家裡制度最特殊的一個。
如果目標只是 Lounge Access：
Diamond Elite 不是必要條件。
真正應該鎖定的是：
40 Qualifying Nights
IHG Milestone Rewards 在達到 40 Nights 時，可以選擇 Annual Lounge Membership。
因此 Lounge Strategy 應該直接走：
40 Qualifying Nights → Annual Lounge Membership
而不是一路住到 Diamond。
Reward Nights 也能累積 Milestone Rewards
IHG 這套玩法最大的關鍵，在於 Reward Nights 與 Free Nights 也可以計入 Milestone Rewards 的 Qualifying Nights。
IHG 官方 FAQ 目前明確寫明，Milestone Rewards 可以透過 Qualifying Nights 累積，其中包括：
Reward Nights + Free Nights
但 Rollover Nights 不計入 Milestone Rewards。
這代表 IHG 可以用點數房來完成大量房晚。
IHG 信用卡住 4 付 3，把 40 晚點數成本壓低
接下來才是 IHG 最有意思的部分。
美國以下三張 IHG 信用卡都提供：

包括：
- IHG One Rewards Premier Credit Card
- IHG One Rewards Traveler Credit Card

IHG 官方 FAQ 明確說明：Premier、Traveler 與 Business Premier 美國 Chase 持卡人在兌換 4 晚以上連續 Reward Nights 時，不論第四晚原本需要多少點，都可以使用第四晚免費。

40 晚怎麼操作？
如果全部以四晚為一組：
40 Nights ÷ 4 = 10 組
每組：
住 4 晚，只支付 3 晚點數
簡化計算：
10 × 3 = 30 晚點數成本
因此可以形成：
取得 40 個 Qualifying Nights，但理論上只支付約 30 晚的 Reward Night 點數成本。
必須注意：
40 晚門檻沒有變成 30 晚。
仍然需要完成 40 個符合資格的 Nights，只是第四晚免費把點數支出降低。
所以 IHG 的長期最速 Lounge Strategy 可以濃縮成：
IHG 信用卡 → Reward Nights → 住 4 付 3 → 40 Qualifying Nights → Annual Lounge Membership
這比單純為了行政酒廊追 Diamond 更有效率。
ALL Accor：付費會員直接買 Status Nights
ALL Accor 的 Lounge Access 主要目標是：
Platinum
一般取得門檻：
60 Status Nights
或：
14,000 Status Points
如果完全靠住宿，需要 60 晚。
但是 Accor 有其他幾家沒有的工具：
付費會員制度
ALL Accor+ Explorer：直接取得 30 Status Nights
ALL Accor+ Explorer 每年加入或續會後提供：
30 Status Nights
而且直接取得至少 Gold Status。
這 30 Status Nights 可以繼續往 Platinum 的 60 晚門檻累積。
因此官方規則下最簡單的路線就是：
ALL Accor+ Explorer 30 Nights + 實住 30 Nights = Platinum
實住需求：30 晚
中國 ALL PLUS China：Premium 提供 20 Status Nights
中國市場另外有 ALL PLUS China 付費會員。
目前官方 Premium Card 提供：
20 Status Nights + Silver
更高階 Supreme Card 則提供：
30 Status Nights + Gold
這就產生一個很特殊的實測玩法。
Accor 30 + 20：2026 實測仍有人成功疊加
實際操作上，2026 年仍有人實測：
ALL Accor+ Explorer → 30 Status Nights
再取得：
ALL PLUS China Premium → 20 Status Nights
帳戶實際入帳：
30 + 20 = 50 Status Nights
這時距離 Platinum 的 60 晚只剩：
實住 10 晚
也就是：
Explorer 30 + China Premium 20 + 實住 10 = Platinum → Lounge Access
如果帳戶成功疊加，這是目前非常激進的 Accor Lounge Access 路線。
但 30 + 20 不是官方保證
這部分文章一定要把「實測」與「官方條款」分開。
Accor 現行官方規則明確寫明：
透過 Subscription Programmes 與 Co-branded Cards 取得的 Bonus Status Nights，每個 ALL Accor 帳戶每年合計最多計入 30 晚。
Accor 官方 Subscription Hub 目前也直接說明，多個訂閱制度可以同時持有，但 Subscription / Co-branded Card 所給的 Status Nights：
每帳戶每年上限 30 晚。
因此：
30 + 20 = 50
雖然 2026 仍有人實際成功入帳，但不能當成官方保證的長期權益。
所以 Accor 最好同時保留兩條計算：
官方穩定路線：30 Bonus + 實住 30 = Platinum
2026 實測路線：30 + 20 + 實住 10 = Platinum
未來如果 Accor 修正系統執行方式，後者可能失效。

結論：五大飯店集團取得 Lounge Access，其實是五種完全不同的玩法
如果只看會員制度，五家看起來都是：
住宿 → 高階會員 → Lounge Access
但加入各市場信用卡、點數房、Milestone Rewards 與付費會員後，真正的路線完全不同。
Marriott Bonvoy 最特殊的是台、美、日都有不靠住宿取得 Platinum 的信用卡路線；美國 Brilliant 最直接，持卡即可取得 Platinum。
Hilton Honors 同樣非常適合信用卡路線，美國 Aspire 直接給 Diamond，日本 Premium 則可以透過年度消費取得 Diamond。
World of Hyatt 沒有直接送 Globalist 的信用卡，但可以把大量日常或商業消費轉換成 Elite Night Credits，再用住宿補足差額。
IHG One Rewards 則根本不需要為 Lounge Access 追 Diamond。真正的目標是 40 Nights Milestone，再利用 Reward Nights 與信用卡住 4 付 3降低完成 40 晚所需的點數成本。
ALL Accor 的核心則是付費會員。ALL Accor+ Explorer 每年先給 30 Status Nights；如果 2026 實測的中國 Premium 20 晚疊加仍能成功，甚至可能只剩 10 晚實住需求，但這條路線目前與官方 30 Bonus Status Nights 上限存在差異。
所以真正有效率的 Lounge Access Strategy，不是問：
「哪一家最高會員最好拿？」
而是把：
