Atmos Rewards Buy Points Guide: 120% Bonus, Sale History & Summit Points Sharing
Atmos Rewards Points can be purchased directly, but I generally don’t recommend buying points at the regular price. A better strategy is to first find the Partner Airline award you want, then use a strong Buy Points bonus to top up only the points you need.
Atmos Rewards Buy Points promotions have another important feature: offers can be targeted. In October 2026, some members received offers as high as a 120% bonus, while my own account topped out at 100%.
If you hold the Atmos Rewards Summit Visa Infinite®, however, free Points Sharing with up to 10 members makes these targeted offers much more useful.
💰 What Atmos Rewards Buy Points Bonus Is Worth It?
Atmos Points currently have a base purchase price of US$35 per 1,000 points, before applicable taxes and fees. A high bonus can significantly reduce the effective cost per point.
| Buy Points Bonus | Approx. Cost per Point | My Take |
|---|---|---|
| Regular price | 3.76¢ | ❌ Not recommended |
| 80% | 2.09¢ | ⚠️ Only if needed immediately |
| 90% | 1.98¢ | ⚠️ |
| 100% | 1.88¢ | ✅ Worth considering |
| 110% | 1.79¢ | ⭐ Very good |
| 120% | 1.71¢ | ⭐⭐ Excellent |
A low cost per point does not automatically mean you should buy.
My order is always:
Find award availability → Confirm points required → Check your Buy Points offer → Compare the cash fare → Buy points → Book immediately
📊 Atmos Rewards Buy Points Sale History: 2025–2026
Atmos Rewards regularly runs Buy Points promotions. These are some of the more notable offers since 2025:
| Period | Highest Bonus |
|---|---|
| Mar 2025 | 50% |
| May 2025 | 60% |
| Jun 2025 | 70% |
| Sep–Oct 2025 | 110% |
| Oct–Nov 2025 | 100% |
| Nov–Dec 2025 | 100% |
| Jan–Feb 2026 | 100% |
| Mar 2026 | 90% |
| Apr–May 2026 | 100% |
| Jun–Jul 2026 | 90% |
| Jul–Aug 2026 | 100% |
| Oct 2026 | 120% |
The base purchase price changed in September 2025, so comparing bonus percentages alone can be misleading.
For example, a 70% bonus under the old pricing structure could result in a lower cost per point than a later 100% bonus.
The number that really matters is Cost per Point, not whether the promotion says 100%, 110%, or 120%.
🔥 October 2026: Up to 120%, but My Account Only Got 100%
The October 2026 Atmos Rewards Buy Points promotion offers bonuses as high as 120%, but not every member receives the same offer.
My Atmos Rewards account currently shows:
| Points Purchased | My Bonus |
|---|---|
| 5,000+ Points | 80% |
| 15,000+ Points | 90% |
| 30,000+ Points | 100% |

My offer page also shows that the promotion ends on October 19, 2026.
So even if other members report receiving a 120% bonus, the offer shown after logging into your own Atmos Rewards account is the one that actually applies to you.
This is exactly where the Summit Card’s free Points Sharing benefit becomes useful.
💳 Summit: Use 10 Accounts to Find the Best Buy Points Bonus
One of the more unusual benefits of the Atmos Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® is Free Points Sharing.
A Summit cardholder can invite up to 10 Atmos Rewards members to a Points Sharing network and transfer redeemable points among participating members without a transfer fee. The Summit Card currently lists Points Sharing with up to 10 Atmos Rewards members as a card benefit.

This becomes particularly interesting when combined with targeted Buy Points offers.
For example:
| Member | Buy Points Bonus |
|---|---|
| Summit Cardholder | 100% |
| Member 1 | 120% |
| Member 2 | 100% |
| Member 3 | 80% |
| Other Members | 80%–100% |
There is no reason for the Summit cardholder to buy points using a 100% offer if another member has received 120%.
Instead:
Member 1 buys Points with the 120% bonus
→ Transfers them to the Summit cardholder for free
→ Summit cardholder books the Partner Award
As long as someone in the Points Sharing network receives the strongest targeted offer, the group has an opportunity to take advantage of that pricing.
How to Use Summit Points Sharing
After getting the Summit Card, you can access Points Sharing through the following steps:

① Under Account, select View Rewards
② Select Free Points Sharing
③ Open Points Sharing to manage your network
Once Points Sharing is set up, the Summit cardholder can invite up to 10 Atmos Rewards members. Redeemable points can then be transferred among eligible members without a transfer fee.
For Buy Points promotions, this creates a simple strategy: if any of the 10 accounts receives a better targeted bonus, that member can buy the points and transfer them to the Summit cardholder for redemption.
✈️ Why Transfer the Points to the Summit Cardholder?
Free Points Sharing is only part of the strategy.
The Summit Card also has another valuable Partner Award benefit: the Partner Award Booking Fee is waived for eligible cardholders.
That creates the complete strategy:
10 members check their targeted offers
→ Find the highest bonus
→ That member buys the Points
→ Transfer the Points to the Summit cardholder for free
→ Book the Partner Award from the Summit account
→ Save on the Partner Award Booking Fee

I tested this with the exact same STARLUX NRT → TPE Business Class award, priced at 15,000 Atmos Points.
During the initial award search, the total displayed was:
15,000 Points + US$62.80
On the Review your trip page before payment, Atmos Rewards automatically recognized that my account holds the Summit Card and applied the cardholder benefit.
The page then displayed Discount applied, and the total dropped to:
15,000 Points + US$42.80
That was an actual US$20 saving on the Partner Award Booking Fee for this booking.
No promo code was required, and I did not need to manually request the discount. The benefit was automatically applied before payment when booking through my eligible Summit cardholder account.
That is why I prefer consolidating purchased points into the Summit cardholder’s account before booking instead of simply having whoever bought the points redeem them.
✈️ What Can You Book With Purchased Atmos Points?
The main reason I value Atmos Points is access to Partner Airlines.
For example, within the first distance band of the Asia Pacific Partner Award Chart:
| Cabin | Atmos Points |
|---|---|
| Economy | 7,500 |
| Business | 15,000 |
Atmos Points can be especially valuable for Partner Airline awards. Beyond simple short-haul nonstop flights, some Partner Awards can also be combined with a stopover to create much more valuable itineraries.

So when deciding whether to buy Atmos Points, I don’t start with:
How much is one Atmos Point worth?
The better question is:
How much will it cost me to buy the Points required for the Partner Award I actually want?
At a 120% bonus, the cost is approximately 1.71¢ per point, so acquiring 15,000 points costs roughly US$257.
If those 15,000 points can book an expensive Partner Airline Business Class ticket, buying points can create real value.
⚠️ Don’t Buy a Huge Balance Just Because the Bonus Is 120%
Even though a 120% bonus is an excellent Buy Points offer, I still would not stockpile a large balance without a specific redemption in mind.
Partner Airline award availability can disappear, and award charts or airline partnerships can change.
My rule is simple:
Find the award first. Buy the points second.
Especially when purchasing a large number of points, confirm that the entire itinerary has bookable award availability before buying the points you need.
🏁 Are Atmos Points Worth Buying?
Yes—when you already have a specific high-value Partner Award to book.
A 100% bonus is where I would start running the numbers. If your account receives a targeted 110% or 120% offer, the economics become considerably better.
The Atmos Rewards Summit Visa Infinite® makes the strategy even more flexible:
Up to 10 members compare targeted offers → Whoever gets the best bonus buys → Transfer the Points to the Summit cardholder for free → Summit account books the Partner Award and saves on the booking fee.
For travelers who frequently redeem Atmos Points with Partner Airlines, this is one of the most flexible ways to approach Atmos Rewards Buy Points.
